Divisional Sales Manager

 

MacDavid Wellness Solutions Inc. is a custom processor of gel components offering unique end user applications and solutions to diverse market segments including mattresses, mattress toppers, seating and cushions. To better serve the trucking transportation sector they are now ready to expand on a division solely dedicated to the trucking and associated industries.


We are seeking a proven sales professional to assume total responsibility for the development and growth of this key division of the organization.


Working closely with the senior management team, the incumbent will provide leadership and direction to the day to day operation of the MacDavid trucking division. Responsibilities will include implementing strategic marketing and sales priorities while ensuring alignment is in support of overall MacDavid growth strategies.


We require an individual with strong business acumen along with proven experience in front line trucking operations and selling experience dealing directly with various levels of management within trucking companies, suppliers, manufacturers, owner operators,  independents or trucking associations.


You are hands on and self-driven, as well as a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a bias for identifying and implementing broad and relevant sales and marketing frameworks. Along with this you have experience in sales, cost control, management and the proven ability to build effective sales and distribution channels.
